Demo calls are provided for demonstration purposes only. Deciding whether to trade based on these calls is solely your responsibility.

We provide research recommendations based on the package you select. Our recommendations are thoroughly researched by our analysts; however, the decision to act on these recommendations is yours. We do not accept responsibility for any gains or losses resulting from these recommendations.

Each client has their own risk appetite. We do not provide personalized recommendations regarding quantity, entry points, or exit points. All decisions related to these factors should be made by you based on your own risk tolerance and capital.

Confidentiality of Research
All employees, associates, and clients are prohibited from forwarding our research recommendations, reports, or any crucial information to anyone or the public, either directly or indirectly. Legal action will be taken if this policy is violated.
Role of Employees
Our employees, support executives/managers are authorized only to provide demo calls and not regular recommendations. We are not responsible for any losses incurred from following recommendations given by our employees. If you find that any employee is providing such recommendations, please inform us immediately in writing at technofundawealth@gmail.com so that we can take appropriate action.
Acceptance of Gifts and Fees
Our employees and associates do not accept gifts from clients. Transfer fees should only be made to the account mentioned on our official website and mobile app only.
Account Credentials
We do not manage any Demat or trading accounts on your behalf. Do not share your credentials (User ID, Password, Security Questions, OTPs) with any of our employees under any circumstances. We will not entertain any claims related to such sharing.
Fee Payment and Instalments
We accept payment in instalments if a single payment is not feasible. Instalments are for service fees only and not profit-sharing. If you are dissatisfied with our services during your subscription term, you cannot request a refund for fees paid to date.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The management of Technofunda Wealth Management and Research Pvt. Ltd, reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions as needed without prior client permission.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
